Minutes from the villages of Drymen and Gartocharn Loch Lomond, this Visit Scotland four star rated one bedroom vacation cottage, can sleep up to a family of four. One double bed one sofa bed.
About Us
History
Set in the Lush green countryside of the Lomond and Trossachs national park Dreamwood Cottage is a luxury 4 star accredited self catering cottage which was converted from an 18th century outbuilding, once part of the Kilmanarock School. The School was built circa 1780 and is now a home where Elaine the current owner and family live. The cottage pre-conversion to a vacation rental can be seen in the bottom right of the photograph taken in 1904.
Design
Architecturally designed and meeting modern construction standards, Siberian Larch clads a new extension to the original stone building creating a unique space. A great place to explore Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.
Family
The Business is run from the family home known locally as The Old School House by Elaine, she is on site most of the day if guests are in need of any assistance. The cottage is adjacent to the House.
